The candidate pledge
Executive job seekers get treated badly by most job boards. Their resume goes into a parser, a model scores it, and a rejection arrives in four minutes from a company no human at which ever read it. We do not run this that way, and here is what we commit to in writing.
No algorithm screens you out. Nothing on this site scores a candidate. No resume parser, no ranking model, no automatic rejection. If an employer never gets back to you, that was a person deciding, and you can take it up with them.
You go straight to the employer. Applications go to the organization hiring or to its search firm. We do not sit in the middle collecting them, and we do not resell the fact that you applied.
You are invisible unless you sign in. No advertising network, no cross-site tracking, no pixel in our email reporting when you opened it. One cookie holds a sign-in and does nothing else.
We never sell or rent your information. Not your resume, not your email address, not your search history. At any price. To anyone.
A person reviewed every posting. Each one was placed by the organization hiring or the search firm it retained and read by a person before it went live. Nothing here is scraped from another board, and expired roles come down.
Everything is free to read, with no account. No paywall, no signup wall, no email required to see a salary. Employers pay to post. That is the whole business model.
Why we publish this
Every one of these is a thing we could quietly stop doing and nobody outside would notice for a year. Writing it down is the point. If we ever break one of them, hold us to this page. The company has been in nonprofit and public sector executive search since 1999 and this is how it intends to go on.

Common questions from candidates
Does ExecSearches use AI to screen candidates?
No. No algorithm scores you, ranks you or rejects you. There is no resume parser deciding whether a person ever reads your application.
Who reads my application on ExecSearches?
The employer or the search firm it retained. Your application goes straight to them. We are not a middle layer that filters it first.
Does ExecSearches charge job seekers anything?
No. Reading the board, searching it and applying are free, and there is no paywall on any posting. Employers pay to post.
Do I have to make an account to apply?
No. Every posting is readable and applicable with no signup at all. An account exists so you can keep searches and alerts, and nothing more.
What does ExecSearches track about me?
As little as it can. No advertising network, no cross-site tracking, no tracking pixel in our email. One cookie holds a sign-in. A visitor who is not signed in is not identified.
Does ExecSearches sell my resume or my email address?
No. Not to recruiters, not to data brokers, not to anyone, at any price. There is no list rental in this business.
Are the postings on ExecSearches real and current?
Every one is placed by the organization hiring or by the search firm it retained, and a person reviews it before it goes live. We do not scrape other boards. Expired roles come down rather than sitting there collecting applications nobody will read.
How do I get my information deleted?
Email [email protected] and ask. We will delete it, and you do not have to give a reason.
