The National Audubon Society protects birds and the places they need today and tomorrow through conservation science, environmental education, and habitat restoration.

The Center Director directs operations, nature preserve management, educational programming, and local fundraising for the Sharon Audubon Center and wildlife sanctuary.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Conservation Action Centers for New York and Connecticut, the Director leads an on-site team, collaborates with advisory board members, and oversees site maintenance.

Requirements include five or more years of nature center or nonprofit leadership, demonstrated fundraising abilities, budget management experience, and a deep appreciation for conservation biology.
